Work Day July 26th

Hello, I hope many of you can come out on Tuesday, July 26 to be part of our next workday.  The primary goal is to put the finishing touches on the kitchen, dining room and laundry facility as we get ready to put them in use.  This will complete Phase II of our project and will allow us to concentrate on Phase III, the additional rooms for more families in need of transitional housing.  Thank you all for your prayers, sweat and labor.  Thank you too for your prayers and concern for Myra, she is coming along well and is performing her duties at Children Shelter Home. 

Ray Warner posted on Facebook:  “We will be having another work day at the Samaritan Inn this coming Tuesday the 26th at 8:30. we'll be doing some painting, cleaning, and working on some kitchen cabinets. come on out hone up your skills, and have some great fellowship!!”   Go to our cccleesburg on Facebook and on line at samaritan-inn.org to find out what is happening with Samaritan Inn and Christian Care Center.  Samuel Smith is now Executive Director of Christian Care Center Ministry Village and has some ideas about how we can move forward with completion of Samaritan Inn and enhance the other ministries as well.  You should be receiving CCC e-letters News From Christian Care Center from Samuel, keeping you up to date on Samaritan Inn and all the CCC ministries.  Hope to see you on Tuesday. Read about the CCC Homecoming and Samaritan Inn Open House.  Don’t forget the Bob Evans Leesburg fund raiser on July 28 all day long.  Present a flyer and the Samaritan Inn will receive 15% of the total bill.  Just go eat and help out the homeless; that is a great deal.  Tell all your friends, Sunday School groups and neighbors; there is a flyer attached and they are available for download on the website and Facebook.   Feel free to copy them and pass them out to everybody.
